1. Payment Methods

Mobinian LLC accepts the following payment methods:

2. Billing Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete billing information during checkout. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your payment information and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Payment Processing

Payment is processed at the time you place your order. Your payment information is processed securely through third-party payment processors. Mobinian LLC does not store full credit card information on our servers.

4. Currency

All prices and charges are quoted in United States Dollars (USD). If you are located outside the United States, please be aware that currency conversion may be applied by your financial institution.

5. Billing Disputes

If you dispute a charge on your account, you must notify us within 30 days of the transaction. We will investigate the dispute and respond within 10 business days. Please contact us at support@mobinian.com with details of the disputed transaction.

6. Failed Payments

If your payment fails during checkout, your order will not be processed. We will hold your order for 48 hours while attempting to process payment. If payment is not successfully processed within 48 hours, your order will be automatically canceled.

7. Recurring Charges

If you have enrolled in any subscription or recurring billing service, you authorize Mobinian LLC to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to the terms you have agreed to. You may cancel recurring charges at any time by contacting customer support.

8. Refunds and Credits

Refunds, when approved, will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to process the credit.

9. Taxes

You are responsible for paying any applicable sales tax, use tax, or other taxes on your purchases. Mobinian LLC will collect and remit applicable taxes as required by law.
